Our buildings are designed and specified to minimise repairs and maintenance over the long-term.

In most circumstances, tenants can have a choice of arranging relevant repairs and maintenance themselves (an "FRI" lease), or letting CareCapital take the lead in arranging all but the more minor matters (via a "TIR" lease).

Either way, a comprehensive in-house advice service on maintenance and repair issues is provided to tenants and building occupiers, both at handover and throughout the lease term. Extensive facilities management services can also be arranged if required.

Our Estate Manager is responsible for ongoing maintenance of our developments once they are operational and is the users' point of contact throughout the life of the lease.
