Construction

We work when possible with locally based contractors, with good track records and healthcare experience. We use a proven two-stage negotiated tendering process for smaller projects, whilst larger projects are usually carried out in partnership with one of the most experienced major UK contractors.

We aim to base the building construction on dry framing techniques to facilitate speedy construction, effective on site quality control and future flexibility. The building fabric and building services design will be treated in a holistic manner to achieve maximum affordable energy efficiency.
