Cost Control
Project costs are carefully monitored at all stages to ensure best possible value for money and thus financial viability. Where appropriate, we consult the District Valuer (DV) at an early stage to ensure project feasibility. Subsequently, we develop construction costs from the detailed designs and calculate our overall development costs to assist rental negotiations with the DV.
We operate an "Open Book" policy with transparent and honest processes and procedures for obtaining the best value for money.
