Site Finding

Where our client has not already found a suitable site, our specialist site-finding team will carry out a detailed local search with the aim of identifying a number of suitable sites that can be acquired at a reasonable cost and in a practicable timeframe.

This search will include consultations with the local planning authorities, relevant councillors and potential site owners. A formal report will then be drawn up for presentation to our client; the options will be discussed with them and jointly we will reach a decision as to which site we should acquire.

We will then prepare schematic layouts for the proposed development, working closely with our client and local planning authorities, to ensure that we devise the most appropriate options that will achieve detailed planning consent.
