Rick Hayes - Director of UK Operations

Rick began his career in construction management before forming Hayes Contractors in 1989.

In 1993 he moved to Lovellford Contract Ltd as Business Development Director, responsible for implementing the company's retail maintenance division.

Responsible for site finding, land acquisition and new business, he joined primary care developer Ashley House Plc in 2000, becoming Regional Manager in 2001. Then in 2003, Rick joined Sapphire Primary Care Developments Ltd as Regional Manager responsible for the company's regional development activities.

Rick joined CareCapital Limited in 2005 as Director of Medical Centre Developments, and in 2007 Rick became Director of UK Operations and a Director of the CareCapital Limited Board.

Vicki Stacey - Primary Care Manager
With over four years experience in healthcare research and administration, Victoria Stacey has developed an excellent understanding of the public and private healthcare systems in the UK.

Having joined CareCapital in 2006, Victoria was appointed Primary Care Manager in January 2008. She is responsible for liaising with Medical Practices and Primary Care Trusts, understanding their requirements, developing relationships, organising public consultations, and ensuring a smooth transition for practices taking on their new premises.

Ina Ottmann

Ina Ottmann - Legal and Administration Manager
Ina joined CareCapital in spring 2009 from her post as contracts administrator for the Hilton Hotels International and Operations Centre Legal Department where she worked as an active member in the company's core business development strategy group.

Ina is bi-lingual in English and German, has worked in both Europe and the United States and holds a PhD in Trust Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
